Is lazyness. AND of course because of your leader’s speech in the national convention last March.
Yeah,I’m talking about a Mulltilevel Marketing branch whose name is famous around the world. They are not just famous, they also claim to be one of the oldest group in the field. Which makes me wonder, if why even one of the leaders (the speaker of the March convention) didn’t even impress me as a leader.
He made a speech about his own experiment doing this business. About his success story. And his story made me stop doing it.
He said that everyone that didn’t approve about what he do as an MLM agent is stupid. The prospects that not even believe in him are morons. He said that they are wasting their time with negative thoughts. Well… Maybe they are. But so did he.
Just by saying those words alone make him the same as those stupid people he was once mentioned. He also has negative thoughts. And he speak about it in front of many prospects who are most of them are “stupid”. And one of those “stupid people” is me. And that alone was enough to make me stop continuing becoming an agent. I don’t think I can forgive someone who thinks other people’s jobs as unimportant or unsignificant. Since my job is also “unimportant” to most of the working population.
What I really hate the most from his speech are… He thinks that his previous job as a manager in a very big oil company as wothless. He said that he don’t want to go o work anymore. But he works. All this time he works as hard or maybe harder than he was. I hate it because he is a very smart person. He didn’t use his knowledge that he gained from school to improve the oiling condition in this country. And he do this MLM thingy, got filthy rich, and becoming an arrogant person that thinks he can live just by his money alone. Duh….
Well, I’m not going to blame him doing this business. There’s nothing wrong with trying to earn money for your family’s life styles. But underestimating other’s job and efforts and calling them stupid is just plain STUPID.
It’s normal for people to not believe in your words immediately. And it’s normal for people to not choose the business even if it make sense and easy to applicate. Some people already decided what they wanted to for living. And its noy just about money. It also about pride, passion, and believes. If he said those words now. I wonder what kind of words hoa underlines would use for is “nonbelievers”.
I just hopw they realize that every person has a unique thought. That’s why to gain their trust and to make them follow you need more efforts than just following the standardize handbook. That’s where your social skill being tested. Yes they give you the book titles. But it needs more than just textbook to gain someone’s trust.
